**Job Description (Posting).**
- Remote support to users from sales department on One Sales tool used during normal business hours.
- Manage, update and elevate tickets accordingly.
- Supplier will hire a Senior resource to produce reports using the tickets tool and provide to client.
- Client will be responsible to manage resources activities and provide training regarding all the tools needed to support the users.
- Supplier is responsible to find the resources with necessary skills provided on prior by the client and mentioned below:

- Portuguese, English and Spanish speaker 2. Mobile Apps familiarity (iOS and Android).
