Team Overview:
Support the Creative Strategy team in developing and executing creative assets for marketing campaigns, focusing on the creation, adaptation, and refinement of visuals, messages, and other materials for performance marketing initiatives on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. Collaborating closely with the LATAM market team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in creative processes and digital campaign execution, offering a unique opportunity to build skills in creative asset development and marketing strategy while working on impactful campaigns for major digital platforms. Proficiency in English is required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in developing creative assets tailored for Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms based on campaign messages, promotions, and concepts.
- Conducting benchmarking of local and global campaigns to provide insights for creative improvements.
- Collaborating with team members to support creative projects and ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Helping maintain creative quality standards across all projects.
- Supporting creative testing initiatives, including A/B tests and reporting on performance outcomes.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and help create briefs for agency collaboration.
- Monitoring timelines and track the status of ongoing creative tasks and projects.
- Gathering and organize campaign data for creative reporting and analysis.
- Researchingand analyze consumer behavior trends to contribute to creative strategy development.
- Coordinating information sharing with creative agencies for campaign implementation.
Role Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Interest in digital marketing and creative strategy.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with basic Adobe
- Creative Suite tools and **CapCut video editing** is a plus.
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital campaigns.
- Effective written and verbal communication skill
- Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
