We’re looking to add a Manager, Planning in Singapore . The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling .

As a Manager, Planning you will:

The key roles and responsibilities are as below:

• Responsible for leading and managing the planning team in term of efficiency, system maintenance, development, discipline and compliance of company policy/regulation.
• Coach and ensure team perform net change analysis to assess E&O impact/ avoidance and perform CTB assessment prior to loading with TCS.
• Coach team to assess Materials and Capacity sizing on weekly basic so as to advice Program what is commit verse load in system and make consensus decision on actions to push out / remain with program.
• Chair weekly Load and commit meetings with Purchasing / Program teams.
• Analysis E&O increase and work on migration plan with planners/buyers/programs.
• Drive improvement on metric in On Time to delivery, Days of Supply, E&O reduction, Work Order Aging and etc.
• Coach and train planners on planning tools. (Simulation Tools)
• Develop production schedule and drive manufacturing team to meet customer delivery commitments
• Constantly look into planning process and tools improvement to improve planning productivity.
• Capacity allocation by customer with TCS Director
• Build plan and priority change by customer

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, with minimum 10 years of experience managing planning functions which include material and production planning.

• Analytical and assertive negotiators for materials, with the ability to cope with rapidly changing needs of materials
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong interpersonal communication, team player and with positive working attitude.
