**Position Summary**:The Indirect Procurement Specialist LATAM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of indirect spend categories across the region. Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Coordinator, this role is critical to ensuring compliant, cost-effective, and timely procurement aligned with Lubrizol’s strategic objectives.The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong engagement with key suppliers, and delivery of value through negotiation, supplier relationship management, and process optimization. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on-site at our São Paulo office.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories such as facilities, utilities, professional services, packaging, MRO, and CAPEX.- Manage supplier relationships and act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and alignment with business needs.- Partner with functions such as Finance, Operations, HR, and Legal to support procurement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies.- Lead negotiations and contract management activities through CLM, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation.- Contribute to procurement KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.**Desired Background and Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within multinational or matrixed organizations.- Knowledge of local tax regulations and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environments is a plus.- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
