**Job Title**: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist**Company**: Sofia Health**Location**: Remote**Job Type**: Full-Time**About Us**: Sofia Health is a rapidly growing marketplace connecting consumers to health and wellness providers. We empower professionals to grow their businesses while making wellness more accessible to everyone.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website and landing page performance.- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels.- Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to implement changes.- Create detailed reports on test results and recommend next steps.- Stay updated on CRO trends and best practices.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a similar role.- Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).- Conversion Optimization and Web Analytics proficiency- Experience in implementing and testing conversion strategies- Ability to analyze data trends and make data-driven decisions- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics platforms.- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user psychology.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working in health, wellness, or e-commerce industries.- Familiarity with SEO and content strategy.**We Offer**:- Flexible working hours (Pacific Time Zone).- Fully remote work opportunity.- Pay ranges start at $500 to $700 per month.- Employment classification: Independent Contractor.All hires begin with a trial period to evaluate competence, aptitude, and experience.
