Being Growth Oriented in a remote position means being dedicated, setting goals and accurately completing tasks daily.**Requirements**:Be a dedicated team member, provide support to the optical office team membersWork RemotelyHave experience in Optical and Medical BillingHandle accounts receivable, including follow-up on outstanding claims and payment collectionsReview and analyze accounts receivable reportsIdentify and resolve payment discrepancies and denialsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient accountsRespond to patient and insurance inquiries regarding billing and collectionsWork closely with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely claim processingMaintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulationsProvide excellent customer service to patients and team members**Qualifications**:Energy and EmpathyAccuracy and OrganizationTyping skills of 55+ WPMOptical billing experience requiredKnowledge of optical coding and billing proceduresFamiliarity with optical insurance plans and claim processingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with strong attention to accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using optical software and Microsoft Office programsKnowledge of HIPAA regulations and complianceAbility to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connection**Benefits**:100% RemoteTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
