**Growth Product Manager****About Us**Dunsguide, by CIAL Dun & Bradstreet, is transforming how Latin American businesses discover and evaluate potential partners. As the region's leading platform for customer prospecting and supplier discovery, we help companies make smarter, data-driven decisions about their business relationships. We're growing rapidly and expanding our suite of solutions that combine deep business intelligence with modern, intuitive tools.**Position Overview**We're seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our product team, focusing on driving user engagement and cross-product adoption while facilitating seamless integration between Dunsguide and other CIAL Dun & Bradstreet products. You'll join our cross-functional team, working closely with developers, designers, and fellow product managers in operations and marketing.**What You'll Do**- Own and drive key engagement and conversion metrics while maintaining a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain points- Build and analyze conversion funnels throughout the customer journey, from initial platform engagement to premium features adoption- Lead the strategic connection between Dunsguide and CIAL360 (decisioning platform), creating seamless workflows from customer and supplier discovery to risk assessment- Work with data and business service layer teams to define and implement necessary API integrations and data sharing protocols- Partner with product marketing to develop and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling within the CIAL DNB ecosystem- Drive product decisions through a combination of data analysis, user research, and market understanding- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and present strategies and results to senior management- Contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment between growth initiatives and broader company objectives- Mentor team members and promote best practices in product development**What You Bring**- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on growth initiatives- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, SQL, etc.) and product analytics platforms (we use Posthog)- Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise solutions- Track record of driving measurable business impact through product optimization- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively- Exceptional at breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers- Basic understanding of technical concepts like APIs and system integrations- Strong product intuition that balances data-driven decisions with user needs and market understanding- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in portuguese**Bonus Points**- Experience working with Figma and a strong eye for product design- Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly- Firsthand experience in or understanding of the Latin American B2B market- Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, or vendor relationship processes**What We Offer**- Work remotely with a global team- Opportunity to shape the growth strategy of a leading B2B platform- Competitive salary and benefits package- Professional development and growth opportunities within CIAL Dun & Bradstreet
