About the Role We are looking for a sales leader to join the Content & Services team in São Paulo who will focus on growth and development of ROI-driven advertisers, leveraging TikTok's full funnel products and solutions. This business is a critical and high potential driver of TikTok's revenue. As a Pod Lead of this team, you are expected to drive deep business connections to our solutions and have high level conversations with clients towards performance and branding strategy by leading the team to a high standard of connection with C-Levels, pipeline management, forecast accuracy and deep products and narrative knowledge. Responsibilities Have full product knowledge for both ends, performance and branding to be the main support for the whole BPM Team as a leader and subject expert; Understand our clients' main business objectives to establish, with the Client Solutions Pod Lead, clear strategies and cadencies for each client by leading deep business conversations, so the client can see our proximity and full involvement to help them achieve their yearly objectives; Weekly 1 : 1s cadence with the team at the early stage of the week, so you can guide and give instructions for the rest of the week; Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities; Build a robust strategic plan alongside cross-functional teams to reach TikTok goals; Position TikTok as a thought and full-funnel partner for all clients; Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct or agency clients; - Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients; Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions; Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives; - Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services; - Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies; Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service; - Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices. Minimum Qualifications - Substantial experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and / or online advertising experience; Expert knowledge of performance media, social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing; Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying; Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders; - Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals; - Ability and resilience to perform well in a highly fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist; - Excellent communication and presentation skills and a team player and collaborator. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years proven track record of building, developing and leading high-performance teams; Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up. #J-18808-Ljbffr
