Our Engineering Growth organization is the culture carrier and innovation engine for the next stage of our expansion - and we’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of its most critical areas: Player Experience.
This is a foundational role, at the intersection of product, experimentation, and systems design. You’ll be responsible for turning bold ideas into scalable platforms and data-driven experiments into tangible business outcomes - powering our global Growth engine.
The Player Experience group owns how millions of users interact with our platform -optimizing for user delight and sustainable business growth. We’re focused on accelerating user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through intelligent systems and tailored experiences. Our mission is simple: systematically grow the value of every player.
We launch nearly every feature through controlled experiments, using data to guide decisions and iterate quickly. From onboarding flows to targeted promotions, experimentation is our default mode. We leverage existing tools and collaborate closely with product, commercial, and data teams to identify, test, and scale the highest-leverage growth opportunities - always aiming to turn insight into impact.
What you’ll be doing:

• Shape the future of player experience at Superbet by leading your teams to build systems, tools, and experiments that directly impact user behavior and business growth.
• Drive a culture of A/B testing and rapid experimentation, ensuring your teams can iterate quickly, measure impact rigorously, and learn at scale.
• Partner with product managers, analysts, data scientists, and commercial stakeholders to define the most effective strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Own the technical direction and delivery of high-impact projects: reduce ambiguity, drive roadmaps, ensure engineering excellence, and measure business outcomes.
• Act as a strategic partner and culture carrier, influencing company-wide decisions, shaping engineering standards, and helping Superbet scale with intention.
  

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams, ideally in Growth, Product, or Experimentation domains.
• Deep understanding (or willingness to learn) of experimentation best practices -including A/B testing design, metrics definition, statistical rigor, and experimentation platforms.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to guide architectural decisions and lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering measurable business impact through experimentation, personalization, or user-centric system design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you thrive at the intersection of engineering, data, and product strategy.
• A passion for building inclusive, high-trust teams where people do the best work of their careers.
