As an IT Support Specialist/Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to our users and stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:- Adept at managing and cultivating stakeholder relationships- Address user requests and redirect them to the relevant IT team members or carry out interventions independently- Comply with information system security instructions- Support shopfloor IT by sustaining the environment and resolving incidents- Deploy new devices on the shopfloor, including computers, IoT devices, and manufacturing devices with network capabilities- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of assets and manage their lifecycle- Document all activities thoroughly- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their problems- Provide guidance, information, and user training as needed- Register and follow up on new equipment- Manage software licenses- Repair and perform preventive maintenance on all computer equipment- Manage spare parts inventory- Oversee daily operations, including backups, restores, data archiving, and maintenance of user configurations**Qualifications****Required**:- Bachelor's degree- Advanced English- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment- Experience with various types of cabling- Knowledge of hardware and software equipment, including PCs, routers, hubs, switches, and printers- Working knowledge of network protocols- Experience with Windows-based computing (from XP to 10)- Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose the origin of breakdowns or malfunctions, including network congestion- Ability to configure network hardware- Ability to perform network maintenance- Adherence to on-site rules- Compliance with safety instructionsLI-DNI**Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully****Employee Status**:Regular**Relocation**:**VISA Sponsorship**:**Travel Requirements**:**Flexible Work Arrangements**:Not Applicable**Shift**:**Valid Driving License**:**Hazardous Material(s)**:**Job Posting End Date**:03/4/2025**Requisition ID**:R
