Resumes must be sent in English. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken IT Support Engineer to help our growing technology team. Our IT Support Engineers build automated workflows and integrations alongside our Systems Architecture team, working directly with the marketing team to ensure seamless data strategy, data flow, and integrations between marketing platforms HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier. Ideal contractors will be remote and needed for automation bugs, development, and on‑call for occasional in‑office IT duties such as troubleshooting, password management, computer hardware setups, installations, and access management. Tools: Slack, Aloware, Google Suite, Okta, Jira, Twilio, HubSpot, Zoom. Responsibilities Designing and developing information systems to improve process efficiency, scalability, increase user productivity, and reduce costs. Explore and help solve automation and IT bugs. Work directly with System Architects and Administrators to identify and build automations to support business functions across Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment operations. Support the IT administrator in conjunction with HR and various managers, in automating employee onboarding and offboarding tasks. Occasionally attend meetings with internal stakeholders (including a systems architect) to fully understand project requirements and provide technical expertise. Develop software documentation and user guides for systems. Requirements 3+ years of experience building IT solutions and automations. Experience with HubSpot and Zapier or similar platforms. Experience with Okta. Experience working in an Agile environment or willingness to work in one. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required). 1–2 years of experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
