We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to attend internal requests and incidents related to information technology (IT) and guarantee the best experience for our employees while ensuring business continuity. Job Requirements Previous experience managing tickets through incident management tools. +3 years as Entra administrator (including InTune ideally). +3 years as O365 admin. Solid knowledge in security policies. Solid knowledge in networking. Organization and proactivity. Proficiency in English – C1. Job Responsibilities Ensure the correct operation of IT equipment. Ensure the resolution of requests and incidents. Ensure compliance with corporate procedures. User management in the different corporate tools. Conditional Access policy management. Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. Management of Enterprise Applications. Intune deployment and maintenance. MDM management for Mac, Linux and Windows.
