Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements
  • Collaborate with functional areas to identify, evaluate, and implement new applications and technologies to improve business performance
  • Educate and promote CRM best practices to ensure solutions align with the company's business model
  • Coordinate project resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
  • Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and other events throughout the project management lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience implementing functional solutions for Sales, Marketing, or Service organizations
  • Experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service/Field Service Lightning
  • Knowledge of programming languages and database architecture
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, BI)
  • Agile / SCRUM experience
  • Experience with Sales Acceleration and Marketing Automation platforms
  • Demonstrated experience working with global teams and supporting global business functions
