At ATC Aviation Services, we are looking for a Senior Financial & Commercial Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. This role provides comprehensive support across commercial, financial, operational, and administrative areas within international air cargo.

What you'll do

  1. Manage sales activities with freight forwarders (calls & virtual meetings).
  2. Promote airline products and generate business opportunities.
  3. Prepare and follow up on airfreight quotations.
  4. Oversee bookings, flight utilization, and cargo handling with partners.
  5. Lead financial tasks: invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and international payments.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, International Trade, Logistics, or related.
  2. Experience in aviation, GSA, or freight forwarding.
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and financial processes.
  4. Advanced Excel and Office tools.
  5. English: Upper-intermediate (B2/C1, level 3/5) . Spanish is a plus.
  6. Proactive, results-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Position details

São Paulo, SP – Hybrid

Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (1h break)

Competitive salary + benefits (meal voucher, transportation voucher)

Reporting to: Commercial & Financial Management (SCL)
