At ATC Aviation Services, we are looking for a Senior Financial & Commercial Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. This role provides comprehensive support across commercial, financial, operational, and administrative areas within international air cargo.
What you'll do
- Manage sales activities with freight forwarders (calls & virtual meetings).
- Promote airline products and generate business opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on airfreight quotations.
- Oversee bookings, flight utilization, and cargo handling with partners.
- Lead financial tasks: invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and international payments.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, International Trade, Logistics, or related.
- Experience in aviation, GSA, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and financial processes.
- Advanced Excel and Office tools.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2/C1, level 3/5) . Spanish is a plus.
- Proactive, results-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Position details
São Paulo, SP – Hybrid
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (1h break)
Competitive salary + benefits (meal voucher, transportation voucher)
Reporting to: Commercial & Financial Management (SCL)
Important: Interviews will be conducted in English.
