**Job Responsabilities/Responsabilidades Chaves**:- Lead Project Managers and Technical Leaders in the best planning and execution of contracts in terms of safety, technique, operational efficiency, time and costs, representing the interests and acting according to the values of the organization;- Participate in the training and periodic assessment of the Service Line team and encourage the individual development of each employee;- Define anLead the Geotechnical Services Line (drilling and geophysics) in all projects and initiatives in the natiod control the Service Line indicators, in order to guarantee the best operational performance of the department and total customer satisfaction;- Responsible for the annual strategic and financial planning of the Service Line, enforcing and exceeding the established goals;- Review and approve Service Line expenses;- Promote Service Line solutions in partnership with the Commercial Department;- Participate in the definition of technical aspects, margins and resource planning to be considered by the Commercial Department in the preparation of proposals;- Participate in the development of innovative solutions to meet market needs, including in partnership with other local Service Managers or those from other countries;- Develop and support actions for sustainable growth of the Service Line and the corporation- Liderar a Linha de Negócios de Geotecnia (sondagens e geofísica) em todos os projetos e iniciativas em território nacional, representando os interesses e atuando conforme os valores da organização;- Liderar os Gerentes de Projeto e Líderes Técnicos no melhor planejamento e execução dos contratos em termos de segurança, técnica, eficiência operacional prazo e custos;- Participar da capacitação e avaliação periódica da equipe da Linha de Negócios e estimular o desenvolvimento individual de cada colaborador;- Definir e controlar os indicadores da Linha de Negócios, de forma a garantir o melhor desempenho operacional da Linha e satisfação total do cliente;- Analisar e aprovar as despesas da Linha de Negócios;- Promover as soluções da Linha de Negócios em parceria com o Departamento Comercial;- Participar da definição dos aspectos técnicos, margens e planejamento de recursos a serem considerados pelo Departamento Comercial na elaboração de propostas;- Participar do desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras em atendimento às necessidades do mercado, inclusive em parceira com demais Gerentes de Linha locais ou de outros países- Desenvolver e suportar as ações para crescimento sustentável da Linha de Negócios e da corporação.**Job Requirements/Requisitos da Posição**:Gruaduate and postgraduate courses in areas of interest;Advanced English - proficiency will be a plus;Mastery of technological tools;Experience in providing services in Industry (Mining, O&G, Energy)Experience in managing people and projects;Differential - Black Belt Six Sigma Training;CNH B.Graduação e Pós Graduação em áreas de interesse;Inglês Avançado - proficiência será diferencial;Domínio de Ferramentas Tecnológicas;Experiência prévia em serviços na indústria pesada (mineração, O&G, Energia)Experiência na gestão de pessoas e projetos;Diferencial - Formação em Black Belt Six Sigma;CNH B.- ______________________________________________**Skills & Behaviors/Habilidades e Comportamentos**:Leadership;Strong safety culture;Operational Excellence;Anticipation and resolution of problems;Strategic business vision;Adherence to the Quality, Safety, Environment and Occupational Health Management System;Respect and cordiality with all hierarchies, customers and contractors;Adherence to legislation, rules and procedures relevant to its activities.Local de Posição: Belo Horizonte/MG com disponibilidade de viagens.Liderança;Forte cultura de segurança;Excelência operacional;Antecipação e resolução de problemas;Visão estratégica de negócio;Aderência ao Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade, Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Saúde Ocupacional;Respeito e a cordialidade com todas as hierarquias, clientes e contratados;Aderência à legislação, normas e procedimentos pertinentes às suas atividades**Disclaimer for recruitment agencies**:
