Job Title: Workday Project Lead To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on project management and data analysis. A successful candidate will be able to lead the implementation of projects within the Workday HCM space, ensuring timely delivery and meeting budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will perform configuration work in payroll and end-to-end support, review test cases, support UAT, and maintain knowledge/response catalogs. Furthermore, leading production support and enhancement initiatives is crucial for this position, including preparing project presentations, resource plans, and schedules. Apart from the technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility are key qualities that we look for in our team members.
