Finance Business Partner MIXUE Group•Taboão da Serra, São Paulo, Brazil Descrição da vaga Job Title : Finance Business Partner (Brazil) Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3–5 years of relevant financial experience; candidates with experience in large trading companies, supply chain organizations, financial BP roles, financial analysis, or Brazilian tax-related work are preferred Proficient in Chinese and Portuguese, both can be used as working languages Key Responsibilities : 1.Budget Management Support annual budget planning in line with the Group's budgeting guidelines; communicate budget policies and assist business units in budget preparation, target setting, and execution planning. 2.Business & Financial Analysis Develop a deep understanding of business operations; analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decision-making. 3.Business Partnership & Collaboration Work closely with business teams to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency; respond promptly to business project needs and provide financial support. 4.Process & Data Management Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows, clarify business data logic, and drive process optimization; align business and functional teams on data governance and reporting standards. 5.Finance & Tax Support Manage financial and tax risks through contract review and payment approval processes; provide professional finance and tax advice and coordinate the resolution of tax-related matters with relevant stakeholders. 6.Financial Training & Enablement Promote and implement company financial policies and procedures; organize financial training sessions and provide ongoing financial guidance and professional support to business teams. BP(巴西) 1.学历本科及以上 2.工作经验 : 3-5年财务工作经验,有大型商贸企业或供应链管理企业财经BP、财务分析、巴西税务处理相关经验者优先。 3.语言 : 中文和葡语可以作为工作语言 Key Responsibilities (Chinese) 1.预算管理 : 按照集团年度预算编制方针,宣导并协助业务部门进行预算编制,并下达预算指标与计划; 2.经营分析 : 深入了解业务,根据业务的执行情况提出合理化建议与意见; 分析财务事项,向管理团队提供及时有效的财务状况及经营状况分析; 3.业务协同 : 深入业务、通过流程优化,实现业务部门工作高效运行; 快速响应业务部门的项目需求; 4.流程管理 : 跨部门流程协作,厘清业务数据及流程优化; 联动业务团队和职能团队,梳理数据逻辑; 5.财税支持 : 以合同审核及付款审批工作为基础,为公司把控财税风险,为部门提供财税建议,协调处理业务部门涉及的财务税务相关工作; 6.财务培训 : 宣传贯彻公司相关财务制度流程,组织开展财务相关知识培训,为业务部提供财务专业支持与指导。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
