**What will you do**:
- Continuous technical support for users, configuration and maintenance of PCs;
- Provision of the smooth operation of computers and office equipments;
- Planning and purchase of software and PCs for employees, inventory;
- Internal LAN and WiFi service;
- Corporate VPN service;
- Management of antivirus;
- Administration of inventory;
- Initial configuration for corporate equipment.
**What we expect from you**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- Experience in managing Cloud Infrastructure (GCP, Workspace), Patch Management, Security Surveillance Administration, Physical Door Security Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software and Hardware issues knowledge.
- Understanding of Internet protocols including HTTP(S), SSL, TCP, IP.
- Familiar with WAN/LAN technologies and networking (APs, layer 2 devices, etc.)
