Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. This role requires expertise in systems administration and strong knowledge of IT audit and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits involving IT.
  2. Collect, organize, and submit audit documentation, including evidence of access controls, system configurations, logs, and security policies.
  3. Coordinate with other IT and business units to ensure accurate and complete responses to audit inquiries.
  4. Support testing of IT general controls (ITGCs), application-level controls, and infrastructure safeguards.
  5. Track and assist in remediation of audit findings, document corrective actions.
  6. Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and help prepare for recurring audits.
  7. Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
  8. Monitor system performance, backups, patch management, and security configurations.
  9. Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and cloud-based platforms.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT system administration with a demonstrated role in audit support or compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT audit processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with access management, system monitoring tools, and log collection systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
  • Experience with backup and recovery systems, endpoint management tools, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools and ticketing systems.
  • Exposure to virtual environments and cloud infrastructure.
