About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users, configuring and setting up computer systems, and ensuring seamless system performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and execute technical procedures in English. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 support to users: Provide timely and effective technical support to users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Organize and audit IT inventory: Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure that all equipment is properly configured and maintained.
  • Configure and set up Windows and Mac computers and Apple corporate mobile phones: Ensure that all computer systems and mobile devices are properly configured and functioning correctly.
  • Support for audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to audiovisual equipment.
  • Interpret and execute technical procedures in English: Follow established technical procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Technical Requirements:

  • Support and assistance to end users and VIPs: Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users and VIPs.
  • Support for Windows and Mac computers: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows and Mac computers.
  • Intermediate English – speaking and writing: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming logic: Strong understanding of programming concepts and principles.
  • Knowledge in Python and JavaScript programming languages: Familiarity with Python and JavaScript programming languages.
