BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Care Workers (DCW) to provide compassionate care in our community. We offer a DCW Training Program that covers basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills, ideal for graduates interested in adult care within our Assistive Care State Programs.

Current openings are available in the following locations:

  • Lehigh County
  • Northampton County
  • Bucks County
  • Berks
  • Schuylkill
  • Carbon
  • Monroe
  • Pike
  • Wayne

Qualifications:

  • Completion of BAYADA's Direct Care Worker Course (if no experience)
  • Reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
  • Range of motion exercises, transfers using mechanical devices
  • Oral feeding, vital sign checks, home management tasks
  • Supporting ambulation and medication assistance
