Buscamos um(a) Arquiteto de Dados ou Tech Lead em Dados com perfil Técnico‑Estratégico para atuar como líder técnico da operação nearshore e referência de arquitetura em um ambiente corporativo de larga escala. Responsabilidades Técnicas Definir e evoluir a arquitetura de dados corporativa, garantindo padronização, escalabilidade e governança. Modelagem de dados (conceitual, lógico e físico) para data lakes, data warehouses e data platforms modernos. Liderar o desenho e gerenciamento de pipelines de ingestão (batch e CDC), replicação e transformação. Avaliar performance de ingestão, linhagem, versionamento e qualidade de dados. Integrar sistemas hospedados em ambientes híbridos (GCP, Azure, SQL Server). Apoiar iniciativas avançadas (ML / GenAI / Analytics), garantindo readiness e arquitetura adequada. Ser o ponto estratégico do nearshore para decisões de arquitetura, garantindo alinhamento com times da Índia, EUA e demais hubs. Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas escaláveis e sustentáveis. Requisitos Técnicos Experiência sólida como Arquiteto(a) de Dados, Data Solutions Architect ou Enterprise Data Architect. Forte domínio de arquitetura moderna de dados (medallion, lakehouse, data mesh, pipelines distribuídos). Experiência prática com : Azure Data Factory (ADF) SQL Server (OLTP / OLAP) CDC / replicação de dados – preferencialmente Click Replicate Integração entre GCP e ecossistemas Microsoft Conhecimento avançado de modelagem, governança, versionamento e gestão de ciclo de vida de dados. Fluência em inglês (interação diária com lideranças globais). Capacidade comprovada de tomada de decisão técnica, liderança e direcionamento arquitetural. Diferenciais Experiência com Microsoft Fabric . Background em plataformas analíticas e machine learning. Atuação em ambientes corporativos complexos e distribuídos.
