Who we are We're a stealth-stage healthcare AI startup reinventing how medical practices capture revenue. Backed by experienced founders and already live with our first client, we're building AI-driven tools that automate clinical documentation, coding, and billing — helping clinics recover revenue and improve care. We're looking for an engineer to help build our core platform end-to-end : backend services, data flows, infrastructure, and modern frontends. You’ll work directly with founders to shape architecture, ship features fast, and turn complex healthcare workflows into intuitive products. What you'll do Build and evolve full-stack platform components (backend, pipelines, frontend) Develop AI-driven features for clinical and financial data Architect scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS Implement clean, observable data flows for ML / LLMs Ship features from 0→1 and influence product direction Must-have Skills Strong programming skills (any modern language) Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform Experience building platform or product from scratch SQL + data modeling Experience with streaming, queues, or event-driven systems Startup mindset : autonomy, speed, ownership Nice-to-haves Go or Python Clean architecture / DDD AI / ML or LLM pipeline experience Healthcare tech (EHR, RCM) HIPAA / PHI security HL7 / FHIR / X12 Why join us Build meaningful, mission-critical healthcare AI Work with a small, high-caliber founding team Competitive comp + meaningful ownership Flexible, modern work environment We want to hear from you if you're excited about leveraging AI to solve complex healthcare challenges and building technology that makes a real difference for providers and patients #J-18808-Ljbffr
