Responsabilidades e atribuições**
*Você terá como responsabilidade:
- Coordinate the analysis of financial indicators in order to assess ways to achieve and/or exceed P&L, BS, WC, Capex, Cash Flow and other business KPIs, including elaboration of monthly cost reports according to regulations/additional project specific internal and external requirements;
- Coordinate the submission of financial information in compliance with USGAAP and ESGAPP (for corporate purposes) and BRGAAP (for compliance with local legislation) on a monthly basis, accurately and compliant with timelines required by corporation and Brazilian legislation;
- Prepare periodic management and board reporting packages. Provide insights into historical and projected financial performance through analysis and interpretation of results. Build executive presentations;
- Assist the company's areas, together with the planning team (including sales and commercial, operations and project managers), in the preparation of Budget and Forecast of the business, financial projections and analysis of real indicators for decision making, including creation of project bookings, setting up project structure, budget, and monitoring project financial status based on contractual schedule;
- Develop the annual operating plan, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections;
- Work with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, HR, etc.) to drive better efficiency and productivity on bids and ongoing projects, identifying opportunities for margin improvements via better quotation process or cost reduction opportunities/strategies;
- Track appropriate financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the measuring of the underlying performance drivers;
- Recommend and implement support systems that will streamline, automate, and maintain the reporting and planning;
- Develop and maintain databases and processes to automate reports and analysis, whilst drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
*É importante que você tenha conhecimento e/ou experiência em:
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields;
- Minimum 7+ years experience in FP&A, Controllership or Accounting;
- Previous experience with computer software, financial modeling, and other accounting packages. Knowledge of SAP may be an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large quantities of information to evaluate costs, benefits, and project outcomes;
- Ability to work with and understand spreadsheets, financial analysis programs, and database functions;
- Fluent English language, written and spoken.
