- Responsible for performing services and agreements (prices and payment terms) with customers
- Responsible for guiding customers on product and/or service specifications
- Provide support to internal departments (commercial and technical) regarding customer needs.
- Prepare business proposals according to preloaded procedures.
- Increase the company's share of active customers.
- Prospecting for new business and new customers.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
