We are looking for a Business Planning & Controlling Coordinator.

As an Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for all monthly closing routines such as Syrus System update, SAP bank reconciliation, payment mapping reports, control of credit notes, deposits, cash flow and forecast update.

Working for the South America zone based in Brazil as to offer support to the Brazilian, Argentinian and Peruvian teams.

You will be part of the regional Finance team composed of five people, reporting directly to the Financial Manager and Finance Controller.

Strong knowledge in accounting, finance and planning is essential

**Profil**

**Responsibilities and tasks**
- Management of the accounts receivable and accounts payable as a whole, follow-up and support the team of two analysts.
- Support the Finance Manager and Finance Controller in all the reports and assistance in decision-making.
- Sales audit and responsible to all monthly closing routines (Syrus updating, SAP bank reconciliation, payment mapping reports, credit notes and deposits control, cash flow and forecast update)
- Guarantee a good relationship with all the stores and internal customers.
- Responsible to reconcile the accounting side in terms of accounts receivable and payable.
- Support in the accounting and reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L
- Manual postings in the SAP system (accruals, reversal)
- Management of customer credit, intercompany reconciliation, loan renewal, payment mapping and additional request from New York or Paris.
- Responsible to all the reports in the COAF (Conselho de Atividades Financeiras - Brazil) platform.
- Support the Finance Manager in any external or internal audit process.
- FP&A analysis, support in the budget process, reconciliations.

**Information additionnelle**
- **Background** : Degree in Accounting and/or Administration and/or similar
- **Language Skills** : Advanced English & Spanish highly desirable
