Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in São Paulo, Brazil. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, developing account strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, resolving client issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in managing client relationships and account management
- Proficiency in developing account strategies and achieving sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Project management and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
- Understanding of the local market and business environment in Brazil
