As part of our international growth, we are expanding into Brazil and seeking a skilled Account Manager in São Paulo to develop client relationships and drive growth.
The RoleThe Account Manager will focus on a mix of new business development and account management, helping to grow Clarus' presence across Brazil. This role is client-facing, commercially driven, and offers strong career progression as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and win new enterprise clients in sectors such as maritime, energy, construction, and rail.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Build Clarus' brand presence and pipeline in Brazil.
- Work with clients to design tailored connectivity solutions using Starlink, OneWeb, 4G/5G, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with Clarus' UK team on market strategy and client delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years B2B sales/account management experience, ideally in telecoms, satellite communications, or technology solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to combine business development with long-term relationship management.
- Knowledge of industries such as maritime, energy, construction, or rail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and C-level stakeholders.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.

- Salary: R$250,000 – R$300,000 + performance incentives.
