We are looking for a talented and strategic
Senior Account Manager
to join our
Customer Growth
team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships while driving revenue expansion through
upselling and renewals
.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as a trusted
business advisor
to our customers, connecting their needs with Pipefy's solutions and influencing strategic decisions throughout their journey. We are looking for someone with strong
autonomy
, a
consultative mindset
, and the ability to build impactful relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success by deeply understanding their goals and challenges.
- Lead renewal and upsell efforts focused on delivering long-term value and growth.
- Develop strategic account plans to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive loyalty.
- Connect customers with product capabilities and internal teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Work with sales pipeline, forecasting, and key metrics to ensure predictability and performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role in a
SaaS
environment. - Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with strategic customers.
- Strong
negotiation
,
communication
, and
strategic account planning
skills. - Autonomy in decision-making and the ability to manage complex accounts independently.
- Proficiency with
CRM tools

pipeline management
, and
consultative selling methodologies
.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation, workflow, or
