As a workforce management professional, you will be responsible for implementing optimal solutions to drive customer success. Key responsibilities include providing consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, delivering projects aligned with industry best practices. You will work in highly complex environments, requiring deep knowledge of multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. You will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with senior stakeholders. Driving requirement gathering workshops with customer teams. Designing solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing deviations from standard industry functionalities. Preparing comprehensive solution design documents. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build the solution and address their queries. Training users on solution adoption. Managing user acceptance testing to ensure seamless deployment. Aligning project milestones with customer expectations.
