Business Systems Integration SpecialistAbout the role:We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Integration Specialist to bridge business needs with technological solutions.This key team member will analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.Main Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements to develop comprehensive technical documentation.Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business objectives.Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.Develop user documentation and training materials, providing ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents, participating in change management to ensure smooth transitions.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 5-7 years as a Business or Functional Analyst in an IT environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Languages: Advanced English proficiency.Tools and Abilities:Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio.Experience with project management software like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana.Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Experience with ERP systems like SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce.
