If so, look no further - Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks.You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Experience- Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing- Experience in Networking- Minimum CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge- Experience with Network security, WLAN- Working knowledge of ITIL- English or Spanish advancedPreferred Skills and Experience- Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX- Experience with Ansible automationBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
