Senior Software Engineer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) - $100,000/year USD We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to architect the future of education technology. You will be the technical visionary behind groundbreaking educational products, making architectural decisions that impact thousands of learning journeys. Base pay range $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr Key Platforms TeachTap: AI-powered, social media‑style learning adventures that bring historical legends to life. TeachTales: Personalized narratives that unlock student potential and improve reading comprehension. TimeBack: An intelligent learning companion that integrates across platforms to guide student success. Athena: AI-generated content that delivers tangible academic breakthroughs. What You Will Be Doing Architectural Leadership: Craft and execute sophisticated feature architectures that prioritize scalability and code elegance. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product visionaries to refine concepts and lead technical strategy sessions. System Excellence: Oversee platform reliability, optimize performance metrics, and engineer solutions before challenges arise. Technical Innovation: Make pivotal architectural choices that enhance user engagement and drive platform growth at scale. What You Won’t Be Doing Jumping between fragmented, short‑lived initiatives or chasing fleeting tech fads without strategic purpose. Maintaining legacy internal systems or handling outsourced development disconnected from user impact. Dwelling in bureaucratic processes or wrestling with mundane infrastructure headaches. Basic Requirements Minimum 1 year of comprehensive full‑stack expertise, mastering frontend interfaces and backend architectures. At least 2 years as the lead technical decision‑maker for a SaaS platform, driving strategic technical initiatives. Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience building and scaling real‑world SaaS solutions. Proficiency integrating generative AI tools into daily development workflows and product features. About LearnWith.AI LearnWith.AI is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject‑matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning. The company is remote‑first and hires globally via Crossover. Working With Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
