Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course. Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Responsibilities Reporting to the Team Leader, the Procurement Expert we seek shall ensure effective and efficient operation under his/ her responsibilities. He/ She shall ensure that all parts are processed on time, correct source planning, parts development, competitive price approval and continuous supplies to specified end-users. Control, process and manage supplier Purchase Order Control and monitor temporary price encoded to CIGMA system Manage and control encoding of final price to CIGMA system Monitor & compile MSDS report for chemical purchase from supplier Communicate with DNJP, other OGC, and foreign supplier on parts concern Process receiving report and checks invoice price in CIGMA against Invoice Process invoice and delivery receipts to Finance Department for payment Handle and request issuance of debit and credit memo from supplier Generate and update monthly cost down report Generate and update report on the assigned KPI accomplishments monthly Perform value analysis and value engineering Assist in making monthly performance evaluation report to suppliers Support in the evaluation & accreditation of suppliers Support and assist other department on supplier concern Assist supplier in quality system, environmental, and technical matter Additional Requirements Qualifications Graduate of any Business or Engineering course Relevant work experience in Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations will be an advantage Familiar in Quality Management System (ISO9001) Above Average Communication & Interpersonal skills Good Presentation Skills Resourceful and Keen to details Additional Info Salary between PHP 19,300.00 and PHP 19,300.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
