Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Required skill(s): Good Negotiation skills Good Presentation Skills MS Office Proficient Resourceful and Keen to details.Required language(s): English.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Team Leader, the Procurement Expert we seek shall ensure effective and efficient operation under his/ her responsibilities.He/ She shall ensure that all parts are processed on time, correct source planning, parts development, competitive price approval and continuous supplies to specified end-users.Control, process and manage supplier Purchase OrderControl and monitor temporary price encoded to CIGMA systemManage and control encoding of final price to CIGMA systemMonitor & compile MSDS report for chemical purchase from supplierCommunicate with DNJP, other OGC, and foreign supplier on parts concernProcess receiving report and checks invoice price in CIGMA against InvoiceProcess invoice and delivery receipts to Finance Department for paymentHandle and request issuance of debit and credit memo from supplierGenerate and update monthly cost down reportGenerate and update report on the assigned KPI accomplishments monthlyPerform value analysis and value engineeringAssist in making monthly performance evaluation report to suppliersSupport in the evaluation & accreditation of suppliersSupport and assist other department on supplier concernAssist supplier in quality system, environmental, and technical matterAdditional RequirementsQualificationsGraduate of any Business or Engineering courseRelevant work experience in Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations will be an advantageFamiliar in Quality Management System (ISO****)Above Average Communication & Interpersonal skillsGood Presentation SkillsResourceful and Keen to detailsAdditional InfoSalary between PHP 19,****** and PHP 19,******#J-*****-Ljbffr
