Senior Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist at BairesDev What You\'ll Do Develop and implement data privacy policies and compliance frameworks. Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Lead data breach response and incident management procedures. Provide guidance and training on privacy best practices to teams. Monitor and report on compliance metrics and regulatory changes. What we are looking for 4+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related roles. Strong knowledge of data protection regulations and frameworks. Experience with privacy assessment tools and methodologies. Understanding of information security principles and practices. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Advanced level of English.
