**Tax Manager Role Overview**

The Tax Manager is responsible for managing direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance and optimization of the tax burden. They will also ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns, monitor tax compliance processes, and manage tax audits.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders, as well as fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct and indirect taxes to ensure compliance and optimization of the tax burden.
  • E nsure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns.
  • Monitor tax compliance processes and manage tax audits.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
  • Solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
