Job Title:

Tax Professional Manager

Manage tax compliance, planning, and risk management to ensure the company's optimal tax position.

  • Lead timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.
  • Handle federal, state, and municipal tax audits, coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.
  • Solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning.
  • Knowledge in Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency).
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) – must liaise with global teams.
