Deliver excellence where it matters most. As a Service Engineer, you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment—and our customer relationships—run smoothly. As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, you’ll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. That’s why keeping it maintained to its optimum performance is a huge priority, not only for us but for our customers and the communities they serve. We have openings based in Goiâna, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre and Monte Mor. You will be travelling up to 80% of your time to our customer sites. What You Will Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations; Analyze technical issues and elevate when needed using standard operating processes; Train customer operators and support production efficiency; Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development; Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards; Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery; Maintain a clean, safe work environment; Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team. We believe you have Proven experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles; Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering; Mechanical / electrical / automation knowledge; Ability to travel up to 80% of the time; Intermediate level of English (written and verbal); A proactive, customer-first mindset.
