This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team and leave your mark as the team scales up. We are looking for a **Customer Support Specialist. **The Customer Support Department acts as the first line of support in our company, analyses all incoming requests, helps customers understand the product, answers general questions, and delegates difficult cases to other departments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Solve client’s issues with the earnest desire to help
- Answer clients in **English/Portuguese/Spanish ** via Zendesk, live chats and other messengers
- Escalate questions to other departments
- Solve basic technical issues
- Report all incidents to team leaders
- Comply with the company’s KPIs
- Interact with other teams to solve the issues
**Requirements**:
- Advanced speaking and writing **English, Portuguese and Spanish**:
- Personal computer/laptop with stable internet with a high-speed connection (above 50mbps)
- At least six months of experience in support or in related roles is required
- Ability to show empathy
- Active, creative and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent learning skills and openness to new processes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Maintaining discipline while working remotely
