Overview Ready to start your career in quality management within the maritime industry? We're looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to support our management system in a company that provides maritime navigation support services. In this role, you'll work with different procedures and processes, contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system, and gradually build expertise in compliance with international standards and codes. You'll also support audits, assist in documenting processes, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure efficiency and compliance. What You Will Be Doing Assist in preparing documents related to the management system. Check the progress of all non-conformity reports (NCRs) issued on the project. Participate in internal, customer, and subcontractor meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvements. Provide support to lead auditors in audits (internal and subcontractors). Support the dissemination of a positive quality culture among all project stakeholders. Collect lessons learned and submit them to the Quality Manager for analysis. Monitor performance indicators. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field. Knowledge of document and record control. Experience with ISO systems and auditing. Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
