**What will you work on**:
- Engage with senior leaders in all countries in LatAm to report on PGRE deliverables and further understand business requirements to perform real estate transactions accordingly
- Think real estate strategically for the business and also have the analytical ability to define courses of actions for the different daily challenges embedded on the CRM role
- Lead the development of processes and procedures related to real estate transactions to expedite execution, assure compliance and improve data accuracy
- Secure Real Estate processes and procedures are properly applied on all real estate transactions and followed by internal customers and broker partners
- Build effective business relationships with business units teams (internal customers) to gather legitimacy as a key business partner
- Prepare/compile information for real estate business budgeting, as well as Real Estate department expenses for AOP process
- Treat or convey to accountable departments any requests/demands from internal customers/landlords such as discussions on physical changes/improvements/maintenance, revision of commercial/legal terms, information for benchmarking etc.
- Compile appropriate information from broker partner and internal customers to support negotiations with landlords on new lease terms and actual contract renewals/revisions
- Manage the elaboration of new contracts and amendments - intermediate negotiations with landlords and assure CoStar data accuracy
- Coordinate the work and assess performance of the Transactions Managers assigned to support PepsiCo in LatAm
- Manage direct reports - define roles and resposibilities, assign tasks and provide appropriate feedback
- Convey new/revised documentation to the lease administrator (third party), in order to maintain lease management system updated
- Kick off real estate projects by liaising broker partners and project leaders
- Keep track on projects and transactions under scope and report progress to the LatAm Real Estate Director

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Who are we looking for?**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Law or Economy
- Solid experience in areas like Procurement, Warehousing, Supply Chain Development, Legal (Experience in Real Estate is differentiating)
- Previous experience as a manager is required
- Proficiency in Spanish and English idioms is a "must have"
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques (brokerage skills are differentiating)
- Knowledge of local legislations applied to real estate is differentiating
- Financial knowledge (real estate impacts on company reports and results) is desirable
- Specialization in real estate management (like MCR designation) is desired
