For our MPL Office in Brazil we are currently looking for an Operations Analyst . Responsibilities Handle and coordinate ocean import and export shipments. Monitor operational processes and manage files from A to Z, including margin control and invoicing. Follow up with customers on their shipments and manage customer complaints. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other MPL offices, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and occasional face-to-face contact.
