Job Requirements You are an experienced video editor with advanced English language skills and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video editing. Your expertise should include proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software. Familiarity with audio software like Audacity or Adobe Audition is also beneficial. A strong understanding of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics is essential for this role. You must have excellent attention to detail and quality control, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial for success in this position. A portfolio showcasing your video editing work is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Edit audio and video content for podcasts, YouTube videos, advertisements, branded content, and more, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing final products. Evaluate and improve sound quality by correcting sync issues, reducing noise, and applying EQ techniques. Select impactful moments from episodes to create shorter video clips for social media platforms. Tailor clips for specific platform requirements, such as aspect ratios, length, and captioning, to optimize audience engagement. Add dynamic motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and animations to enhance viewer experience. Create and integrate title cards, branding elements, and background visuals aligned with the podcast's visual identity. Collaborate closely with hosts, producers, and social media managers to align on styles, themes, key messages, and desired tone. Continuously develop and refine your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
