Buscamos um(a) Engineering Manager para liderar múltiplos times de engenharia responsáveis pela implantação de clientes e pela construção de soluções avançadas, com forte foco em Inteligência Artificial, construindo agentes de IA. Essa pessoa terá papel estratégico e operacional, garantindo a excelência técnica, a escalabilidade das soluções e a entrega de valor contínuo aos clientes. Responsabilidades: Liderar múltiplos times de engenharia, garantindo alinhamento técnico e estratégico entre eles. Planejar, acompanhar e garantir a execução de implantações de clientes. Orientar a construção de soluções como AI Agents, RPAs e Chatbots. Garantir a otimização e evolução contínua dos AI Agents após a implantação. Atuar como ponte entre áreas técnicas e de negócio, garantindo clareza de prioridades. Definir e acompanhar métricas de qualidade, performance e entrega. Desenvolver tecnicamente e profissionalmente os engenheiros dos times. Assegurar boas práticas de engenharia, arquitetura, segurança e documentação. Requisitos: Experiência prévia como Engineering Manager, Tech Lead ou posição similar. Vivência em liderança de múltiplos times de engenharia. Experiência no desenvolvimento de jornadas digitais e AI agents será um diferencial. Formação superior em áreas de Tecnologia (Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou correlatas). Conhecimento em IA, automações e integrações. Liderança e gestão de pessoas. Comunicação clara e objetiva. Visão estratégica aliada à capacidade de execução. Tomada de decisão baseada em dados (data-driven) Capacidade de lidar com múltiplos projetos, prioridades e stakeholders.
