The team works closely with Commercial, Marketing and Product to define the core brand strategy, implement promotional campaigns, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance growth‑related product features. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping growth strategies, leveraging data‑driven insights, and pioneering innovative approaches to expand the user base and order scale of key accounts and the platform. Role Responsibilities Execute growth strategies, leveraging pricing optimization, promotional activities and in‑app communications to drive brand growth; utilize tools such as banners, pop‑ups and push notifications to maximize campaign impact. Continuously track and analyze key metrics, and conduct competitor research. Lead cross‑functional execution of growth initiatives, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation of promotional campaigns and in‑app communications. Drive product‑led growth by collaborating with the Product team to optimize growth‑related product features and traffic entry points to enhance KA engagement. Role Qualifications 2+ years of work experience in growth, MKT, user operations or KA strategy and growth at a tech company. A data‑driven mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to track key performance metrics, extract actionable insights and optimize strategies accordingly. Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language. A goal‑oriented, self‑driven approach, with the adaptability to thrive in fast‑changing environments and execute at scale. A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to drive decisions that shape the business’s value proposition and long‑term success.
