The role

Deel IT is redefining the way organizations oversee their remote and hybrid workplaces. This is an opportunity to be a part of a pioneering tech startup that offers the best-of-breed SaaS solutions when it comes to the deployment/lifecycle management of Office and IT equipment to just about anywhere on the planet. We are scaling up our IT offering to provide our customers with dedicated, round-the-clock support every day of the year. Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT's services growth objectives.
  
• Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
  
• Build, develop, and enhance Deel IT device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT services offering.
  
• Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders and customer base.
  
• You will be managing, deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices at Deel.

What you need to succeed

This role will suit someone with a keen interest and expertise in multiple areas in IT and is looking for a place to combine their experience in one role. You will be a great fit if you have:

• Significant exposure working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.
  
• Strong previous experience working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as - Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
  
• Experience with application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.
  
• Great working knowledge of IT security.
  
• Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell.
  
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  
• Previous experience in a team focused on IT experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users. Pre/Post sales support would be a bonus.
