Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT support engineers and manage infrastructure services, project delivery, IT operations, and service delivery management within the country.

Partner with local site leadership to drive demand for new requests and ensure day-to-day business as usual and quality operations at a site level are enabled through the continued availability of supported technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage local IT operations team ensuring smooth running of day-to-day IT operations including End-User Support and closely monitoring IT service incidents and requests are resolved timely.
  • Have a deep understanding of local IT infrastructure, processes, technology, and adoption of continual services improvement. Ensure local systems infrastructure and network remain in good shape and high availability.
  • Work on assigned projects ensuring project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables align with business goals and track progress timely.
  • Liaise between different business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support, and delivery of IT services.
  • Assist Regional IT Manager in conducting IT planning of the respective country including infrastructure resilience, IT operation excellence to support Business Units effectively.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science or relevant industry.

Skills & Competencies

Maintain strong technical skills and knowledge in computer science and related fields.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of IT support engineers.
