Job Overview

We are seeking a talented IT Manager Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of IT support engineers, managing infrastructure services, project delivery, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage local IT operations team.
  • Ensure smooth running of day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support and monitoring IT service incidents.
  • Work on projects assigned and ensure project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Liaise between different business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support, and delivery of IT services.
  • Assist the regional IT manager in conducting IT planning for the respective country, including infrastructure resilience and IT operation excellence.
  • Prepare annual IT budget and administer IT operating budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Provide regular progress reports on IT projects and activities to local leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of working time.
  • Must be capable of working and supporting a Windows environment.
  • At least 10+ years of experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or relevant industry.
