We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless IT operations and delivering exceptional service to our end-users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Expert Support: Offer on-site/remote support to our agencies, ensuring efficient IT operations and outstanding service delivery.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Admin teams, to drive effective communication and collaboration.
- LEAD CUSTOMER-CENTRIC CULTURE: Empower end-users to get maximum value from our IT services through training programs and super-user initiatives.
- Educate the Business: Educate the business on how to use our IT services, maximizing benefits and driving efficiency.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Educate the business about IT policies, procedures, security, and compliance, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in an IT help desk/desk side support role, with cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac.
- SOCIAL SKILLS: A can-do attitude, empathic and effective communication skills, and ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stress.
- TIME MANAGEMENT: Able to manage time effectively, set priorities, and work collaboratively as part of a global team.
